ASA(ALT) principal military deputy visits Picatinny
Lt. Gen. William Phillips, principal military deputy to the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology, visited Picatinny Arsenal on Nov. 14. Above, Phillips is briefed on the Automated Direct/Indirect-Fire Mortar System by Anthony Franchino, supervisor of the Mounted Mortar and Automation Branch, which is part of the Weapons and Software Engineering Center.
