Watervliet, New York Take I-87 (NY Thruway) South. Take Exit 15 for I-287. Continue for approximately 15-miles for Exit to NJ I-287 South. Take I-287 South to I-80 West. Follow directions for I-80 West. Exit I-80 westbound at Exit 34 to Route 15 northbound (Sparta & Picatinny Arsenal). Go through traffic light, bear right to Picatinny Entrance (up small hill) before underpass. Stop at the Visitor Control Building on your left before the guard shack.
