Picatinny Arsenal Army Community Service Mission Statement:
Army Community Service is a comprehensive social service program designed to assist the Commander by identifying
emerging social problems and to assist the military, retiree, civilian and Family members population at Picatinny Arsenal and
the surrounding community. Picatinny Arsenal's ACS distinguished itself by providing individual, tailored outreach services and
programs to facilitate Soldier, Family and mission readiness and morale.
