The School Liaison Officer works in conjunction with the Child and Youth Services Division and the local school community to address educational issues involving military children. Through partnering with the local and military community, the School Liaison Officer acts as a communication link between the installation and the surrounding school districts. For more information, contact your School Liaison Officer. Working Together With Schools: The Superintendent of the Morris Hills School District and Picatinny's Garrison Commander signed the Army's School Transition Memorandum of Agreement which represents a partnership between the installation and the sending High School District. In signing this MOA, the district officially recognized the difficulties faced by Army dependents who move from school district to school district when their Military parent relocates.
