School Liaison Office

The School Liaison Officer works in conjunction with the Child and Youth Services Division and the local school community to address educational issues involving military children.  Through partnering with the local and military community, the School Liaison Officer acts as a communication link between the installation and the surrounding school districts.  For more information, contact your School Liaison Officer.

• Student's Birth Certificate
• Student's Social Security number
• Student's Immunization Record
• Proof of Residency (Housing Letter)
• Current IEP (if applicable)
• Student Transcript
• Current Physical (contact SLO to receive the proper form)
