Membership for 2012

Frog Falls Memberships are sold through the Leisure Travel Services Office located in        Bldg 34, Ramsey Ave, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ

NEW Frog Falls Members MUST make an appointment to get picture badges at Bldg 34, Picatinny Arsenal. All family members aged 3 and older must have a photo id badge.

RETURNING Frog Falls Members may use their old badge.  If you have misplaced your badge, please call Leisure Travel Services (973-724-4014) and we can make an appointment to get new badges or reprint your badge from last season.

Frog Falls will begin accepting Membership Applications based on your classification.

Picatinny Application

Pool membership is limited to both active duty and retired military and their family members, Picatinny Arsenal DOD civilians, Picatinny Arsenal DOD contractor civilians and residents of our partnering communities (Rockaway Township, Rockaway Borough, Jefferson, Wharton, Denville, Dover, Roxbury, Mine Hill, West Milford, and Sparta).  Through the Army's "Always A Soldier" program, Veterans and Morris County First Responders are also eligible. Call either your membership office or Frog Falls at (973) 724-PARK for fees.

A Family Member as defined by Army Regulation 215-1:

1. Spouse of a Sponsor
2. Un-remarried widow or widower of a member or former member of a uniformed service.
3. Unmarried child of a sponsor, including and adopted child, stepchild, foster child or ward, who either
   1. Has not passed his/her 21st birthday
   2. Is incapable of self-support because of a mental or physical incapacity that existed before that birthday and is dependent on the sponsor for over one-half of his/her support.
   3. Has not passed hi/her 23rd birthday, is enrolled in a full-time course of study in an institution of higher learning approved by a Secretary of an executive department specified in 10 USC Section 1073, and is, in fact dependent on the sponsor for over one-half of his/her support.
4. A parent or parent-in-law of a sponsor who is, in fact, dependent on the sponsor for one-half of his/her support and living in the sponsor's household.
