Frog Falls is very proud of our lifeguard training requirements.

Each and every lifeguard holds a current American Red Cross certification in 

• Lifeguard Training

• Basic First Aid

• CPR and AED(Automated External Defibrillator) for the Adult, Child & Infant

• and Oxygen Administration. 

We run in service training to keep these skills fresh at least once a week and all lifeguards are required to swim 500 meters every duty day.  So please, rest at ease...we are here to protect you!
