The M39 is an individual Riot Control Agent (RCA) disperser
for self-defense and keeping rioters out of arms reach. The M39 contains
enough Oleoresin Capsicum (OC) or "Pepper Spray" for 15 one
second bursts. It has an operational range of 10 - 30 feet and comes with
a carry pouch.
