Sept. 12 - Gallo Golf Outing

The Industrial Ecology Center, the NDIA and the County College of Morris will be holding the 7th annual Dean A. Gallo Memorial Golf Outing at the Picatinny golf course on Thursday, September 12th.  This outing benefits the Dean A. Gallo Scholarship at CCM.  There will be a noon shotgun start.  Costs:  golf club member-$60; military non-member-$80; DOD employee-$85; non-golf club member-$90.  Cost includes golf, carts, dinner, goody bags, and many prizes.  There will also be two hole-in-one contests.  For information and reservations contact Donna Whittam, x4666, or Ellen Sloboda, X4062.

Karate classes offered
Karate classes are offered at the Fitness Center every Tuesday and Thursday from 4 – 5:30 p.m. for adults and 5:30 – 7 p.m. for children. Cost is $30/class per month and $48 for two classes a week per month. Call X4629 for more information.

Golf practice area open
The new golf practice area is now open for play. The area, formerly the site of the Officers Club swimming pool, includes a putting green, a pitching green with sand bunkers as well as a chipping green. Call the Golf Shop at 973 724-GOLF or 989-2466 for more details.

Oct. 29 & Nov. 2 - Picatinny Repertory to reprise “Nunsense”
The Picatinny Repertory Company will be performing a reprisal of “Nunsense” on Oct. 29 and Nov. 2 in Bldg. 1 in the Lindner Conference Center at 7 p.m. So, mark your calendars now. Also, the PRC plans on presenting “The Odd Couple – the Female Version tentatively scheduled for Feb. 8 and 15, 2003. Look for further details in future issues of The Voice.
