Department of the Army, Picatinny Arsenal and the U.S.
Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering
Center, part of RDECOM. The Voice, circulation 5,000 copies, is an
unofficial publication authorized by Army Regulation
360-1, created on desktop publishing equipment. Editorial
content is prepared, edited, and provided by the
Picatinny Arsenal Public Affairs Office. All photos are
U.S. Army unless otherwise stated.

writers' names may be withheld on request. Opinions
